The Eastern Yacht Club is happy to receive items that need to be shipped to the regatta site, prior to the event. All Items must be clearly marked with your Name and Sail Number. The club asks that items are shipped such that they arrive no sooner than August 22. We encourage the use of tracking and insurance for all items that you ship. Once received, items will be stored in a secure shipping container on the club property. Items can be retrieved at the club’s front desk once you have arrived on site. The club will not be held liable for lost or damaged items. Please use the following shipping destination/label when you ship:

Check-in will take place in the Regatta Office, located on the ground level of the Eastern Yacht Club. Enter via the lower right entrance as you face the club from the flag pole.
Boats launching from the Eastern Yacht Club will be inspected and launched in a pre-determined order as outlined in the arrival and inspection instructions. The Eastern Yacht Club has two cranes to facilitate launching from the Club’s stone pier. Generally, from the pier, J70s cannot be launched keel down 1 hour before or after low tide. Eastern Yacht Club personnel will be on hand to manage/operate the hoists.
After launching, trailers will be stored by owners, offsite – less than a 5 minute drive – at Devereaux Beach’s parking lot.
DOCK BOX STORAGE
Dock boxes can be stored on EYC premises for easy access during the regatta. The designated storage area for dock boxes will be at the Club’s pool. Please inquire about dock box storage during check-in for more details.
